Healthy life and location
No matter where you are living and no matter how rich you are, you are bound by the rule of 'location'. A healthy life is maintained by a frugal sustained application of a daily supply of the needed ingredients that make up your daily food intake. That's saying a lot! Well, that's what it will come down to when health is a primary concern.
So much has been said and countless books written on healthy living, very scanty if at all about the crucial part, location is attributed to.
Where you grow and what are grown, you can be sure of one thing, that they are seasonal in nature. If supply of food can meet the demand to keep you healthy all your natural life, then you will live as you envisioned.
The above scenario is an ideal one but,not realistic when you add all of what nature has given us-problems to resolve.
Seasonal and Scarcity.
Most of our food are seasonal and only last a few months,we are to resort to other in- season countries for food resupplies. That's where 'scarcity food to keep you healthy become a problem.Hardly any country in our world can boast to be a 'bread basket' today.Population growth is one phenomenon that has made us all become unequal when food shortages rear its ugly head.
Location
Since no country can by itself be self-sufficient in food,it can be safely said that only those with deep pockets are able to live a life of a 'healthy life 'when you are located favorably and have your required daily food intake at hand.
I live in a tropical island country and yet,my daily food intake rarely changes for these past 15 years of retirement. If anything, only natural disasters have contributed to a slight fall in fresh supply of green vegetables.Presently,I am well and truly located and have no cause for concern.I live a good and healthy life because I follow a well maintained physical regime of daily walk and eat fresh green vegetables and eat local grown(bought) fruits all year round.
Yes, I feel grateful and am thankful to my God through my Lord Jesus the Christ for my bountiful healthy life.
